Hmmmmmmm i have 2 months every day more downloads ,.double more then the last 2 days togehter :-(
Sry i cant belive the stats,.............so many klicks in the forums and just a few count at webmanager statistics!!

My stats are looking good today and i've not had one user moan they cannot download! can it last? lets hope so.

S102 has been down for a bit. The hard drive crashed, so we're trying to transfer the files elsewhere. This can take a while, unfortunately.

 

filemanager is frozen i think. I ftp uploaded something 1h ago successfully and it won't come up in the filemanager, plus recently uploaded files remain at 0 downloads, though i can guarantee you they've been downloaded. Is there a 3rd party filemanager??

 

Really bad statistics the last 2 days

 

RU finished but the file is not exist in FM , why does same errors repeat on and on and on FileSonic crew?

 

What is up with the ftp? Uploaded files this this morning. 3:30 pm now and still not showing the the file manager?

 

Same problem here, been happening since yesterday, upload via FTP and files don't show in manager for a long time..

Finnished to upload some files (about 45gb) few hours ago and still nothing in the FM ...

 

I frequently have the same problem. It is far from ideal solution, but there are files if have to queue 3-4 times before FSn accepts the transfer. Tends to happen to me in batches as well. At times I'll queue 20 files and there are no issues. Other times 10 of 20 fail, then 6 of those 10 fail on the 2nd queue, 2 of those 6 fail on the 3rd queue, then the last 2 are successful on the 4th queue. Almost appears to be a load issue on FSn's side. Hopefully this will give you a bit of help until FS-IT takes a look for you.

 

It seems that the S102 finally works. Unfortunately, speed is very low. Anyway, thank you for the repair.

 

Which earnings plan have you chosen? Pay per Download or Pay per Sale?

 

what is your payment plan? there are two choices
1. PPD
2. PPS

PPD = pay per download, is you are in this plan, premium sales does not count
PPS = pay per sale, you have to switch your plan to, if you wanna be counted when premium sale is made.

 

At what point where they suppose to add the bonus for the downtime on 10/20/10?
