Stats are fine. If they are counting for some, they are counting for all. There is absolutely no issue. We are dishing out payouts by the second.

Guys, I know that you are free to object and speak your mind, but it's getting redundant to see 'stats are frozen' every time your files don't get downloaded...

EDIT: just as reminder, did you guys read the news section to see the new rules on counted DLs for premium users?

Hi! I want to ask the filseonic IT a question:
I've uploaded a file X let's say, well I can't understand something, if I enter the filesonic manager and look there how much downloads I have on the file X it's showing 0.

I KNOW FOR SURE that I have downloads on that file!

If I enter to watch the source files of my points today, the file X has generated 25 points so I can't understand why in filesonic manager I'm getting 0 downloads but in the stats the file X generated points (meaning that was downloaded!) ?

By the way, I just logged into your account and I really can't believe that you are complaining about 'stats' frozen. I just saw stats being added within a few seconds of refreshing.

This is getting ridiculous.

 

PM me your ID and the name of the file. I'm sure there's an explanation.. mostly likely: the download is a bit older, and the DL counter in file manager doesn't have historical data (as mentioned at time of release).

 

where have i said that they are "frozen"? i said they are barely compiling in constrast to last and previous weeks

There is no such thing as 'barely compiling'. Either there is a queue of unprocessed stats, or this isn't. Right now, there isn't... and we didn't expect any queues with the new system for quite a while (unless something stops working). Rule of thumb: if you are seeing one download, you are seeing all the DLs you actually had.

 

I logged in to your account, and the stats are fine. Each of your 8 out of your 10 files have been downloaded today.

Nothing changed with our country/payout structure, except the two rules I've mentioned in the past.

 

Guys, just FYI: if you post links on those forums that 'generously' provide a premium login to filesonic to their users, you WILL see a drop in points, because we now count 1 download per premium account rather than 1 download per IP for premium users. The same applies if you post links in circles where users tend to share accounts with each other.
