Stats are not frozen at all. I've been talking to affiliates and their stats are populating just fine. And, on our end, our payouts for 2010-10-21 are definitely rising by the second.

can you please help me about to tell Alert pay progress ?? when did its appear as an new payment method.

& when we use alert pay as an affliate user what we have to add like forexample.

epassporte have user id which is like gogo

paypal have email

webmoney have Z12456689

what i can enter for alertpay???

is anyone having issues with uploads via ftp not going to filemanager? It's been a good 20-30 minutes and I don't see it up there yet.

seriously guys is this just me? Not being able to upload is obviously a problem

Both http://www.filesonic.com/file/26315317 and http://www.filesonic.com are on s29. It almost seems as if s29 if offline. It's a pain in the ass but perhaps you can find another file or two hosted on s29 and put this to the test while waiting for a reply from FSn.

The other three files go directly to an error page without indicating what server they are hosted on.

Upped a file with ftp an hour or so ago - still not in filemanager yet!

Update on the above file...it's got to filemanager but just shows download error and "not available" in Link checker........buggeration

 

at the last week I cannot login to my filesonic account it says "No user found with such email", I trying to retrieve password but still same problem "Sorry, there is no such email in our database.". I have send this to and I got replies:

"I cannot locate an account under that email address, please make sure you spelt it correctly when you signed up."

If my email not located in filesonic database, why today I got email from filesonic about "FileSonic October Promo!".

until today I still can't login to my account.
