    We had some issue with stats due to a new system we deployed but rest assured, we are currently working on recalculating this and as always no points are lost - only delayed a little bit. Thank you for understanding!

    Stats are way way down as everyone else says and also sales are up and down one second i got 4 sales next i have 2 sales....

    Thank you for understanding.. Our team is working really hard to resolve the issues and as filesonic IT said "we are also working on a good redundancy system in the near future where most files will be available on another server if a specific server has issues."

    G' morning, guys.

    FS-IT is well aware the stats are grossly inaccurate. They had some trouble finding the problem last night but I'm sure this will be their first priority this morning. Let's be patient and see how things look at the end of the day. Sure this is frustrating, but we know from experience they're not going to hose us, don't we?

    Stats are down for me too ... And also many files have been deleted ...quite recent ones too...I've got many complaints....I've deleted the originals ...trusting filesonic links...and now dunno what to do....

    It generally takes FileSonic 3-4 days longer than most other filehosts to delete reported files. One of the side benefits of them being distracted by other bugs. ;-)

    I picked out my favorite posts in the last 3 pages saying the exact same thing...

    I don't mean to discredit anyone's ability to announce, but I disvalue some people's ability to miss these announcements, and so I'll make it crystal clear here:

    We're having some issues in the stats because of a new system we deployed, mostly the unpaid balance is inaccurate, but not to worry though! The real stats will be accurately calculated within the next 24 hours. Everything will process normally starting tomorrow.

    PLEASE NO MORE SPAMMING! 3 PAGES OF THE SAME COMPLAINT IS ENOUGH... AND PLEASE READ A COUPLE OF POSTS BACK TO CHECK WHETHER THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE HAS ALREADY BEEN RESPONDED OR EVEN HANDLED.

    Although I made much the same point earlier, there is no reason to be so short with those posting, is there? This is as much their forum as it is FileSonic's. We are all guests of DigitalPoint. But, apart from that you understand the frustration when each new module introduced seems to cause more problems than existed previously, don't you? This is especially true when they are announced as solving all problems and working perfectly as this module was first announced when introduced last night. Folks at some point begin to feel like guinea pigs. Better to let folk vent than rudely push them to other hosts, eh? I think most affiliates fully realize FileSonic will make good any disruption that has thus far been caused even if they are a bit frustrated at the moment.

    This may stop the back and forth bounce for you between the current count and earlier counts, but it is not going to make up for the shortfall you're seeing. This will have to wait until stats are re-counted and/or re-compiled.

    sometimes you will see sales disappear... and it will show 0 sales... but when u click on it, it will really show you the number of sales... We are aware of this issue and are working on it...

    But if you refresh and catch another server, you will be able to see accurate sales....

    Nothing will go missing... Don't worry :)
