i would like to ask filesonic really pay ??? can someone post any screen shoot bcoz i had account with filesonic and had 30$ usd in it. i bought premium acocunt against my 1000 points and $5 from my balance they never upgrade my acocunt on premium not only this thy remove my rest of balance from acount which was $25 i try to contact filesonic management with all possibale ways no reply they just ignore me now i dont know its a mistake while they were doing upgrades from sharingmatrix to filesonic or they do sach things with everyone i can post email copies as prove bcoz they still not answer any of my mail its more then 1 month now...

Are you began removing files by md5? Some of my files was deleted, but I don't shared their links to anyone.

 

Missed files ... You can solve it and do as before notification of deleted files?

 

How you know,that your affiliate is a fraud person or just scammed by hackers?

Its a double suck for a peoples,who have attacked by hackers (keylogger)
Hackers will post his login information on the hacker forums,and he get banned by filesonic.

I think this new rule will give problems for many affiliate.

They are REALLY pay, about your premium, go to News and look at the right bottom corner, you'll se your time of validity of your premium.

 

Today I found out that 2 of my files were DELETED. When I click on their link, it says "THE FILE WAS DELETED". I want to know: if a file was deleted because of complaints, does it says something or by clicking the link just appears the random "the file was deleted" message ? Frankly speaking a complaint about them would be ridiculous IMO. Does FS checks the file before deleting them or - when they get a complaint - they automatically delete them ?
Basically I'm uploading XXX stuff. All the stuff is legal, I don't upload CP or other shit, and it's stuff posted on other forums where it didn't get any complaint.
Anybody having the same problem ?

I can confirm that FileSonic pays. I had some problems with the auto-fraud script flagging me for reasons unknown to me, but after some persistence and verification process i got paid. Send messages to the ppl from FS support who are responding here. I hope your case gets resolved.

Thank you, for pointing out where i can see the expiration of the premium membership. I think that such an info would be good to be put at Statistics/Payments or Settings screens. I find it logically to search it there

 

i have the same problem, and I don't want to install JDownloader again, that program is more annoying than a virus.

I renew my account many times butt its never happens to me.
Besides 1st you need is log out then login & ur account will be in premium status if its not happens then delete ur cookies then try once again hope its work.
if still not yet premium status then report to File sonic IT with ur id.

recently our group was attacked by hacker and most of our filehosting accounts were affected, two of my referrals in filesonic was attacked and just now i heard that filesonic block his account in filesonic. he has thousands of links and sold tremendous amount of accounts. he earned ~2000usd per week so see how many accounts he can bring to the pot of filesonic. we are still here supporting filesonic even with so many problems and in just one day you loose your account

who in the correct mind will share his account earning with ~2000usd per week, this guy dropped his earnings from ~2k to 200 but i told him that filesonic will stabilize and yet what he get. you are making a mistake with this guy. if this guy stopped supporting filesonic it is equivalent to how many affiliates.

if the members want i can give you the paypal account of the hacker who change our payment option. he is using 2 paypal account. email registered to the hf/fsc/oron was also changed and also the password recovery email

An account that has been stolen by a hacker and distributed on a forum SHOULD and WILL be blocked. We're not going to allow hundreds of people to just abuse our service and leave them there because the account holder claims to be innocent.

On a separate note, I wonder why so many people freak out over ever announcement we make. These are very standard things that most memberships sites have implemented years ago. I think that, from now on, I'm going to start implementing policies without announcing them.

 

What are you guys talking about? How does this affect affiliates?

If there is a reason for your objection, let me know, and I will remove the announcement.
