    Yes, it`s working for me and many others. But apart from that... my account is under fraud review for reasons i don`t know and my inbox and thread are full of people who can`t access files which other can. I just tried and download started fast. But they wouldn`t make a new forum account and write to me just for the lulz. There is some problem which is not solved...

    The premium-only option needs to be requested from us. PM your request, including user_id, to either me or FileSonic-Support to request this. You also need to tell us where you're planning to post these files.

    As banjowood explained to all of you, the official policy is 30 days from the date of upload. However, files that are popular MIGHT stay a bit longer than 30 days. The best solution to avoid this risk is to get a premium membership for 5000 points, which is peanuts.

    whats wrong guys? I'm premium member and I want to download this link directly, I'm using some service for upload/download files, it was OK some days ago, and now I'm not able to download any file, my script downloads the html page with that text and that's all. Because you deployed some brand new download piece of code and even premium members are not able to download the files. That problem persists in Opera every time. Guys please make things clear, I really bored of innovations.

    FS-IT, as long as you are here, you may want to check on RU. It seems from my end it has gone tits up again. Various "error" messages for every file I try to queue.

    FileSonic I hate your brand new download module, every time when you're fixing something, we're getting new wild bugs, every weekend something crashes or lagging or something else and nobody working at weekends from your "professional" team.

    You are not supposed to download from the direct server link. There is absolutely no reason for you to go through that link, and it will not work if you do. This is by design.

    You must go through the regular link (filesonic.com/file/*****), just like everybody else.

    Files being deleted after 30 days is still a little confusing.

    Let's say I have premium, premium runs out and if I don't renew it
    BEFORE running out files are deleted instantly?

    Does that mean I can't let my guard down at any times and must
    not be free user for even one day cause files will be deleted?

    Or if you upload files as a premium user and premium runs out,
    are the files deleted anyway after 30 days of upload date?
