    The official policy is 30 days from the upload date. The message was just a reminder. However, I will tell you that old downloaded files will usually stay on a little longer than files that are old, but never downloaded.

    As for the date field in the file manager, it's a good suggestion either way. I will try to schedule it as part of the next File Manager release. Thanks for the feedback.

    I'm pleased to announce that we've doubled the download speed available to premium users.

    Please note that the exact speed you obtain as an end-user is dependent on many factors, including your Internet connection. However, unless you have something on your end limiting your speed, you should notice a huge improvement in the speed allocated to you as a premium users.

    FileSonic-IT, are you under the impression this is only a British problem?

    Because I'm getting this problem on Optimum Online in the US too. And it just really started today.

    P.S. And I have tried for months to get any response from Filesonic, in vain. I realize the transition has been hard, but why have a email address if you never even get an auto-answer?

    Well, this is most likely it for me guys. The site is not even working now and that last download I tried I got that error message about going to the page directly for the first time on top of everything else that has happened. It's too bad because I really wanted filesonic to work for me but I cannot stand the fact that the service cannot even go 1 week without a bunch of complaints and problems from both free and premium users. I think I see now why so many people have chosen other services whether they are just trying to make money or want to share their files easily. I'm done complaining about all the problems I have because it seems it won't matter anyway since more problems will come. I know that there is a new promotion coming supposedly soon which I was trying to wait for but at this point I could care less if the service is going to be this bad this often.

    i logged out and logged in again and i can now download files using the browser. but i still cant use download manager and get parallel downloads for same file or resume downloads. it redirects to not-allowed url when the download manager retries or resumes or use multiple connections

    i would like to actually use the site. i hope this will be corrected soon

    An update on my problem:

    Clearing cookies got me going again, but the site still doesn't work for multiple downloads in jDownloader.

    hey all the files i uploaded yesterday are deleted. it says This file was deleted but i didnt delete them. they were not reported also!

    Dear filesonic support team,

    I recently bought 1 year premium membership from your site. First of all i want to ask you this question. Can not we send any mail to your addresses and ? Because i sent lots of support requesting mails and until now i could get no response.
    My second question is , forgive me but i am new to filesonic so maybe i dont know ; can not premium members of your site download files with accelerator programs like flashget? Must we enter every link one by one to the browser? In your site at the FAQ section it says that we can change this setting in account settings and can download files directly without entering browser but in account settings there is no option like that.
    And my third question is, why free members and mydownloader members can download all filesonic links and for now on paid premium members of your site can not download any links at the moment?
