filesonic support please motify us when the stats catch up and count as usual

 

1) Every 20 minutes the same login problem...
2) All files from my RU batch (357) are in the file manager

edit2. now i can't

 

Well, i login and i`m logout the next click... can`t do much on the website.

PS. Deleting the FS cookies fixed that.

 

Stats are caught up.

 

We fixed this a few seconds ago...

What's happening with the site? I hope it does not come out negatively counting!
btw. I congratulate the ideas for changes in a few of those days, my earnings have increased so far by 100%

 

Fixed with cookie deleting and logging in again.

 

OMG, this is like the worst host ever, i have given them so long to recover and offer a service like they're supposed to but it's only getting worst; i assume that this host is run by max 2 or 3 people and obviously they are mentally chalanged and they can't deal with it.. probably using some old stone aged russian or china servers that can't bear such heavy loads so it's crashin almost of the time, i have tried downloading and uploading using 3 RDP from different locations in usa, france and germany and they are all in 1Gb ports and the best download speed i can get is 500kb, upload speed is limited to 1.5 mb, offring unlimited downloads for premuim but same in the same time limiting the speed so they don't get their bandwidth consumed much... i have been downloading from rapidshare, fileserve, hotfile and i have never had slow download speed or down times, login issues like i do have with u, why can't you offer a decent service like the other hostings out there do, and stop ignoring members questions and answering only what u like to answer

I am still getting the error message when I try to download from filesonic.



Another day of membership wasted, 11 remaining. No reply or announcements from the administration. At least they could say "we robbed you so deal with it".

 

Could you give the download link you are trying ???

The links are working fine... So the problem is not the Filesonic servers but may be on your side... Did you clear all your cookies ? are you using a proxy ?
