    I've asked for a download counter as well and hope they are nearing the point when this can be re-introduced.

    Knowing "which websites our dl's are coming from", is quite another issue. Tracking sales referrals as FS already does is reasonable, but tracking every download would consume enormous amounts of the networks capacity. This would seem to be a no go.

    Thought I'd try my FS login to download some files but no suprise it's still not working ever since they changed from SR the only difference is that now I get to a page about "not-allowed.html" for any downloads, So I googled it and end up on this forum!!!! I don't get SF as they don't have their own forums but if someone here knows how I can get a refund from then I would love to know how or even if someone has a phone number for them so I can talk to someone and maby just possibly get a response from them. I bought a 6 Month Premium Membership before they changed to FS that I haven't been able to use since they from from SR! Unbelievable...

    Actually, I know a website which offers such functionality. They can track each download click, showing the countries and also websites from where the click was generated. They give you links to share and overall quite nice website. It's address is: http://stuffhit.com/ , take a look, I'm preparing to start using their tracking system just to know from where I'm getting most of the clicks :)

    I am a premium user and I get this error message each time I try to download something from filesonic.
    "You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact us in case of problem."

    awful service, I need my money back.

    im a premium member and use IDM and all links were clicked one at a time and then were lined up.. my problem is at the moment, downloads stop in the middle of downloading and only continues after stopping and restarting the download...and im sure its not IDM because i used this IDM before with Fsonic (all was well a few days ago), and all other hosts... is the service intermittent at this time?

    here is an example of a file that keeps getting stopped and needs to restart download every few minutes...

    Does anyone get stuck with RU? I RUed 5 file and all their status successful 100% but there is only one file in FM, it took 5 hours since then :(

    I am getting An Error Occurred Application error when I try to RU, that can't be good.

    EDIT: looks like the files still went through to FM, it was FS to FS for what its worth.
