My downloads work fine with ALL websites except yours.... and ur telling me these POPUPLAR download managers (Download accelerator plus in my case) are ignoring your website, they re not coding it compatible and what not? I expected help, instead you are putting your hands up.

I hope you guys are working your asses off to deliver what you promise in the first place for 9 bucks a month. My downloads MUST get faster than 300 KBps and I should be able to resume incomplete downloads - what your premium services page "promises" - within next week. Otherwise screw you guys I got better options.

Oh refund me my money if you can, I'd rather leave now. I joined 4 days back.

 

hi guys! first sorry for my poor english!
I have a premium filesonic account, and i running troubles with downloading with download managers. (i'm using internet download manager).
when i try to download a file clicking the "download with IDM" a window appears in IDM to start download the file, but all i've got a small html file not the valid file.
I hope somebody can help me!

Dude... are you seriously that dense? Ur telling me these POPUPLAR [sic] download managers (Download accelerator plus in my case) do not allow you to re-write their code and tamper with their property? I expected common sense, instead you are whining like a baby.

 

They had this problem off and on yesterday, crufty. Send them some actual links that lead to that page and they can restore in short order.

Filesonic site got prettier and prettier. And I have no problem with my uploads these days as well. Good job guys.

I am seeing increase in my sales stats. But, most people buy 1 month account only. So far, I never had 1 year account sold. is that normal? I guess the users will slowly opt for longer terms as filesonic gets more stable and popular.

Regarding the sales, it really depends on where you post and also you are right, it will take a bit of time for people to love our service! Now the site is stable and so are the servers, therefore, there shouldn't be any problems with people committing to 6 months and 12 months! At this point, there are many people who are still getting 1 year accounts!

Maybe you need to spread your links across different countries.

I've been using filesonic since may.. earning well from pay per sale program.. recently I was generating around ~40 usd weekly.. I was generating at least 1 sales in almost everyday..
but since last payment, for 6 days, my stats show all zero.. there must be something wrong..
