I have been a Premium member for about a week. Over the last few days I have not been able to use download managers with my Premium a/c, as is the case with everybody. However, I noted through testing, that it is still possible to download several files in parallel as a free user with IDM. What is the point of the exercise of not allowing the use of download managers for Premium people, when it is still possible to download parallel files with a Free a/c? Downloading via Firefox would be okay if the downloads were resumable, but that is not the case. The whole thing makes for a an unpleasant user experience when compared to more user friendly Hosting sites that have no problem with download managers. My main gripe is not being able to resume my downloads when they fail.

You should not be advertising that your Premium service offers resumptions until at least one download manager can handle your new code!

I will ask support to look into your account after you email them (as per my PM). Also, I will ask them to cancel your account after they settle this issue because I want to make it clear that yelling "SCAM" like a child will not get you anywhere with us. We have way more credibility than you think we do, and your coercion methods will not even cause a tiny dent in our record of honesty. We've never scammed anyone and we're not planning to start with your $20 account, no offence.

We have not prevented ANY download managers from using our service. We have absolutely zero ability over making their code compatible with our new code. It is up to them to take that initiative.

I don't know what to say, but this the reality of the matter.

As for parallel downloads for free users, are you sure about this? Is it really parallel downloads or multiple downloads that are queued? There's a big difference. Either way, please let me know by PM. I would like to investigate this.

Filesonic rocks....everything working like a charm...great reward for good efforts....

 

First, it generally takes applications like download managers a couple days to issue updates. Anyone who has been using a computer for more than a few months knows this.

Second, how about getting off your butt and checking to see if your download manger has issued an update before spouting off? I didn't check IDM's yet, but take a look at the update JDownloader issued yesterday:

Yesterday I tried downloading about 10 files at once, using IDM. I had already set my username and password in IDM. It seemed to be progressing well until one stopped and a message said that it was not resumable. I opened an explanatory box and I found that these files were being downloaded anonymously, not with my Premium account Username and password. They were definitely working in parallel, as they finished one by one.

On the main issue for my complaint, is there any way to make downloads resumable, as it is very frustrating to almost complete and the download stops.

 

Downloads are resumable. Your complaint is with IDM, not FileSonic. Update IDM and if you still have the problem, go to their feedback section to report the issue.

 

Remote Upload from ORON doesnt work. I get 2 different error with 2 links:

BROKEN_PLUGIN

and

MAYBE_BLOCKED_IP

A month has passed and no new referral, it's very strange, does your referral link work at all ? I had more than 200 referrals on sharingmatrix, and here 0 for a month or 2

Did Anybody recieve new referral on filesonic, not sharingmatrix?

 

On SM I have 450 refs... now I have 456 refs...
Support says that I can see ref if he start earn... but before - NOT. In refcounter too, how I understand...

i have no experience with download affiliate programs . i use only loudmo . But credibility of filesonic is higher than blame .
