why free users can't download files >400MB ?

 

It is the privilege of premium members.

 

Well... You know... Sometime the problem is not the website or service... It's just the user...

 

how are you doing everyone?for me it is a very slow day

This file can not be downloaded for the moment, please retry again.

Our technical team was informed about that problem.

I hope Fs fix the download problem soon. The download statistic are very low today!

 

They're not going to be able to fix the problem if it cannot be identified. As FS-IT and mathieub requested last night, Send them links to the files in question, your UserID and the exact error messages being returned. You can do this either by PM or by the bug reporting page at FS. These are not all system wide problems, so if you fail to provide this info, you'll be waiting longer than anyone else.

 

ru seems to be completely broken again today, i keep getting an "application error" message after adding links to the queue. just submitted a bug report with regards to this.

 

The download statistics are low due more to the new download module than anything that needs to be fixed. Expect them to stay low for at least a few days until the download managers update their software. Until then, significant numbers of downloaders are not going to put in the effort to download your files.

My stats 2.38 after 10min 2.66 after 10min 2.38.....

Please added Liberty Reserve as the payment options because me and my too many friends used filesonic and we face some problems with paypal,epassporte & webmoney in our country however liberty reserve work fine here its not only about me but to all those who used filesonic affiliate program in our country kindly include lr in payment options.

 

Free users can not upload files larger> 401MB

 

my statistics was 4.13$, after 30 mins it is 3.56$
What is going on?
pls let me know
