Filesonic Seems to Be better Overall Now with Everything Slowly Falling into Place !!

My Suggestion on the File management side :

It would be better to have a column for the no . of Downloads for each file , so that it would be easy to delete off files that have become too old and downloads have stopped and also for files that are not in demand.....It would help people to organize their files , thus saving space and time for both the parties involved ( Users and FS)....It was in place in the old Sharing Matrix...perhaps that could be added to this too...

Please don't go over the 10 mins wait - 10 mins is annoying enough to get people to buy premium accounts, but not so long that people start to hate filesonic. Basically 10 mins is a perfect compromise between ppd and pps, so both can operate successfully.

 

Some of my file can not be download!!!

Will this be fix soon or we need to reupload the file again?

Send FileSonic-IT or mathieub a PM containing your UserID and the links in question. Also include the error message these links return. They'll take care of you tomorrow.

 

Obviously download numbers are going to take a bit of a hit until the download managers update. Just wondering in the meantime what PPD folk are seeing in their stats. How much of a drop have you noticed since the change? Thanks.

 

10 minutes as currently configured (does not drop back to 30 seconds for 24 hours) is likely the limit downloaders will tolerate. I wouldn't necessarily be opposed with a graduated wait time increase in the future, but it would need to be accompanied by a reset time to lower waits based on time of last download, not a blanket 24 hours.

I'm sure, however, the 10 mins is here to stay for a while. FS is not about tinkering with things for the sake of tinkering these days. I don't imagine serious changes in this will be made until stability has been achieved for a prolonged period. Not a bad idea,

I agree downloads number is decreased every day I upload every day new files but every day downloads number is decreased.

I have same problem with using IDM and when i stop it from working on filesonic, no downloading too.

But, when i used a program to change my IP and it works fine ( my IP in saudi arabia i change it to IP in germany )
