    And why is low speed for some people ? what is the problem ? My upload speed is fast Up to 1.20 MB/s

    I heard about you here from another forum and everyone there having problem with FILESONIC
    But for me as premium user

    Downloading is very slow and always stop
    Supporting team is sleeping and don't reply

    MY QUISTION IS
    SINCE YOU HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS, WHY DON'T YOU SEND US OUR MONEY ???

    I WANT MY MONEY BACK ???

    I SEND MANY MAILS TO YOUR SLEEPING SUPPORT TEAM LONG TIME AGO BUT, NO REPLY.

    s8 is down. It would be great to implement software that redirects downloads to actual working servers instead of funneling them to dead ones. This happens all weekend.

    Since I'm a developer, I'm not allowed to send moneyback. You should contact support guys for this.

    In my side, I'm working with other people of the dev team to make the download faster. This week, we should see the first results of that.

    It seems there is someone from FileSonic Support around here, but I didn't had any answer since 3 days now here or by mail so I'm going to try it again :

    Here are my stats from the day I start using my account :

    As you can see, nothing extraordinary. I've never downloaded one of my files, I can proove where the links are published and that there is absolutly no fraud, or at least none I'm aware of.

    I really don't know how my account could have been "flagged" or anything, but I'm really ready to accept any explantion. So please just tell me how and if I made any abuse so I will know what was the issue here.

    The uploads were via FTP.

    Don't take it personally, but the offer is of no use to me. After waiting 24hrs for the files, I obviously took matters into my own hands and re-upp'd the files. One thing I've learned over the past two months is not to leave my files solely in the hands of the FS servers. ;-)

    I could be hitting you up later though. I notice the site has been down for maintenance for at least 30 minutes. I had files queued in my FTP at the time, so there's no telling how many I've lost.

    If you look back over the thread to when the new RU and FTP modules were introduced, this feature is in place. It actually applies to uploads not downloads as once your file is uploaded, it is stored on a particular server. Still, uploads are not supposed to be directed to servers experiencing difficulty. So, the problem is not that the feature doesn't exist, rather it is that the feature stops working with high loads. This is why the system typical starts to fail apart late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Nobody has been around since Friday evening to monitor and clear loads.

    There is good news, however. The new download module FS briefly tried last Friday and which I assume they're implementing now is supposed to severely cut loads. Hopefully, this will be the last weekend that we lose Sundays.
