Hi, I used to download a lot of files from sharingmatrix as a free user, and was happy with the time limits. Getting free files from filesonic is a lot more frustrating. If the server is s100 or above I might as well forget it, either it starts and then times out with horrible speeds or it fails altogether with fatal errors which explain nothing.

I'm thinking of buying a premium account just to d/l files with fewer problems, but is it worth it? Are the 'broken' servers fixed with a premium account? Or will these problems remain no matter what I do? I'm so tired of having to restart the same non-resumable files again and again. For free downloaders this site has taken a huge nosedive in quality.

 

If a server is down, the server is down for all downloaders; premium or free makes no difference.

 

The server S102 is almost blocked (many customers complain)

 

why it takes too much time to move files from FTP to file manager?

Same situation here. This is very sad. It's weekend - uploaders have whole day to upload, downloaders have whole day to buy accounts, but instead none can do anything. Instead of lowering the support and staff during weekend, you should double it, Filesonic.

Do we get sale commissions from users who bought premiums through our referral link? I only get domain sale. I used to get both 60% commission and domain sale last month.

Is that a change in policy or something? Please clarify the criteria for 60% commission because the main site doesn't have anything regarding it. thanks!

s102 is offline.

 

I uploaded a file by FTP 4 hours ago and it supposedly completed but does not show up in file manager. Same problem as others are saying on here. Bug report sent with file name. I am also downloading a file and it is only 8 KB/s. Also I keep getting errors from s100. Bug reports sent. Isn't there software that can detect when servers are offline and redirect uploads and downloads to working servers?

For me speed is normal, 1.46 MB/s

 

Seems that some files don't show up in the download statistic and therefore don't generate cash despite downloads. Does anybody have a similar problem?

You're kidding right? I'm lucky to get 140 KB/s on a good day and today the files are not showing up at all. I realize my router may have something to do with the upload speed. I could go crazy with that kind of speed though. Are you in Europe by any chance?
