FTP is very slow again today :'(

 

It seems there is someone from FileSonic Support around here, but I didn't had an answer yesterday here or by mail so I'm going to try it again :

Here are my stats from the day I start using my account :



As you can see, nothing extraordinary. I've never downloaded one of my files, I can proove where the links are published and that there is absolutly no fraud, or at least none I'm aware of.

I really don't know how my account could have been "flagged" or anything, but I'm really ready to accept any explantion. So please just tell me how and if I made any abuse so I will know what was the issue here.

I understand and i am not concerned with the count since i am on a PPS option... i was just a bit concerned though when Hish replied this:

I just presented some cases where we need to download our own files... now if Hish meant that the person was flagged because he was downloading same files over and over again, then i agree.... i just wanted to make sure that our accounts are not flagged if we wanted to checked our files a few times... by the way, is there a chance that a link checker would be provided soon by Fsonic? this is badly needed since Fsonic is having problems with servers right now....

 

Because filesonic is one scam site!
Very many user had been suspended because many reason nonsense ...

regarding fraud account, if your account was flagged as fraud account just contact any of filesonic staff and expalin your side if your really not doing anything,

Hish just restored one account of my referral in 2 mins bec i explain to him that its not a fraud account and he/she take the responsiblity of restoring the account.

this fraud account flag is a system generated, if your account was flagged as fraud account, pm them and explain your side. they dont want to close account that are selling premiums

accounts were flagged due to activity, but if your not doing anything explain your side.

i dont agree that this is scam site, i will not stick to them with ftp/ru/server issue if im not getting anything. i received thousands of $ from them on time and even compensation for known problems.

 

new ftp script sucks. always losing files.

Just checking the files I queued by FTP last night, and half of them did not migrate to file manager after successful upload. I know it's the weekend, but if one of you guys are around, please take a look. It's only early Sat morning and we are already losing servers and upload capability. Thanks.

 

i dont see any news with regards to seld-downloads, HF/MU is not insane to have this, if that is the case then i'll write a script to download my files every hour/day. i have >3000 links with hotfile and it will give me 30usd minimum per day.

HF and MU will ask you to pay their affliates for broadcasting this newsflash

downloading own file is not the only reason for suspended account. read the latest post before you comment

I can't log in to my account and when i forgot password the site says my email doesn't exist on the database.
what's the problem because it's just 10 min before, i was still browsing my files, then the FTP got error, i logged out and try again, and the problem happens.
Please have a check.

FileSonic-IT, can I download my own files as premium user? I want to test them after RU.
I am a premium user, I think my downloads will not affect my balance.
