s4 is still dead and downloads are returning errors. Especially after entering complicated captcha codes and then having to wait just for an error. It has been 2 days now. Please fix.

No offense but I wouldn't worry about RU right now at the expense of download capability. Servers are going down and downloaders are getting angry once again. I doubt if a lot of uploaders plan on moving all their files by RU to filesonic just yet or not until things are fully straightened out.

s4 has been offline for days and s2 is down now. It's a real PIA to have to double check every single upload to make sure it works before posting. It wastes lots of time and effort when I could be posting many more links and getting you guys many more memberships. I'm starting to get errors galore and so are my downloaders. Why are downloads still being directed to defunct servers? Shouldn't that be a simple programming change? I just don't get it. This is what I got when I went to download a file from s2 in addition to "Bad Gateway". Mind you it was well over a page full of this:

To be honest, I've been a bit gun shy. I've been holding off RU a bit for the servers to firm up before I move too many more older files. All my new files have been going up via FTP.

Filesonic worked fine two days. You are concerned about the RU and not working the download and statistics (these are basic functions). Today I see my stats and I'm angry!
I can give you free advice on the priorities ....
1) all the servers online and running 100% (no file downloading at 5 kb and no server out)
2) real statistics (for PPD is easy to see when the statistics are not real)
3) FTP fast and above all the files are immediately visible in FM
The remaining problems are nothing

 

s92 is offline as well. Sample links sent.

 

That is the only priority as far as I'm concerned. RU and FTP are meaningless if my files are not available to downloaders and FS can always catch up on stats later if the compiling is backlogged. Besides, the downed servers are more responsible for the low stats than is slow compiling.

 

1. Once upon a time there was a bug in the bug reporting system that frequently returned this response even if the the mail was sent. Not sure if it is still present.
2. I have noticed that one needs to complete all three fields (Desciption, Steps AND Solution) for a bug report to be successful. Even if you're not suggesting a solution, write some like "I don't know" in the box.

 

Downloads are now failing right and left. s3 is now returning an error. What has happened? Please forget about RU for the moment and get the site working at least. I'm catching hell today.

Just for info ...
RU'd a 100mb+ single file using the beta master13.filesonic.com facility - RU showed as 'successfull 100%' approx 30-45 mins after initiating the transfer. However, 3 hours later the file has not appeared in my file manager.

I'm agree the server uptime is the most important thing, but I know they're working on RU so need this info.

 

I left Filesonic more than two weeks ago (although I have a 6 months premium account), only to check back today only to find out that, although I am logged into my account, I am not allowed to see my statistics because apparently my account does not exist.
