2. Ignore the $28.84. This is often not an accurate figure and FS does not base payments on it. Not only does this figure reflect payments, but it also reflects bonuses (ie. the 15% account adjustments made a couple weeks back), deductions (ie. upgrading to premium), and other adjustments. Thus the $28.84 total at the top of the page can often differ from the weekly total ($18.43) at the bottom of the page.
3. The weekly amount paid figures do not actually denote that you have been paid. The $18.43 for 17 Sept. denotes your earnings at the time payments were compiled on Friday the 17th. There are two reasons you may not have been paid. First, FS made an error. Or, second, your account was flagged for fraud. In either event, quickest resolution will be achieved by PM'ing FileSonic-Support directly or by contacting FS through official channels.

If it was more than an hour ago or if you have uploaded files via FTP since that have migrated to your file manager, I would upload the file again. If the file does appear at later date, you can always delete it.

I can confirm that the web upload does not work; it always returns an error message popup at 100%.
Bug report created, but I doubt this will help a lot.

FS may have the highest payout, but on the other hand you could upload and post many more files if you use another filehost . More files, more posts, more downloads might compensate for the lower payout per unit at that other host.

 

s4 is down. Downloads keep going to dead servers like before.

 

Well, I cannot confirm uploads are going to dead servers. Queued another 10 files in FTP after my last post. Just came back and although uploads were reported successful, none has migrated to file manager.

Bug report sent.

Probably just a short bump in the road, guys. FS-IT should be able to fix this quickly in the morning.

 

I confirm it. Files after upload via FTP are not moved to FM.

 

Last week my sales also decreased significantly

The reason is 10 minutes timeout between downloads for free users

I think should be back download timeout as Sharingmatrix:

5 minutes-15 minutes-30 minutes-45 minutes between downloads

Nobody will buy a premium account in 10 minutes download timeout

I have to do all my files for premium users to have sales

If this continue I will looking for alternative of Filesonic

And Filesonic goes down again and so do all the links

RU FROM FS does not work to any host. A couple weeks back FS-IT changed the way pages re-direct and FS generated links are no longer direct download links. I.m sure this is something FS-IT will take a look at once RU TO FS is fully implemented. I vote for continuing to give them the room to work one step at a time instead of on 20 projects at once. This is the approach that has once again made FS (for the most part) stable over the past two weeks. I don't want to swap that stability by rushing in new directions.

Edit: There is also the possibility FS-IT deliberately re-directs links to thwart the fraud that has become some frequent of late. This, however, is purely speculative and I'll defer to FS-IT as to whether this is true. If it is, I come down on the side of continuing the re-direction. If FS does nothing to combat the fraud, their banks accounts will dwindle which will eventually effect payments to all honest affiliates.
