RU also seems to be slower today than yesterday. But I guess that one is still a work in progress. Hopefully they fix the connection issues asap though

 

you still need to make sure that all servers are running, new files are useless if they can't be downloaded.

when is the link checker will be implemented, this will help us to check our links before posting and avoid bad reputation for posting not working links. this will help you to check what server is dead.

im tired of reporting those dead server, they will work after reporting then will be dead again tom or the next day or more dead servers the next day. you should concentrate on stability of those servers before taking in more files that will harm the reputation of uploaders and filesonic

i know your working too hard to fix this site, but ~2 months is too long....

 

While I agree with most of what you have to say, I think it is worth giving filesonic a chance to get out of this mess. The last 2 days or so have went so smoothly you can see where they can be the best hosting site out there. It is sad to see a few setbacks today (The servers having trouble, RU really slow, some ftp issues even though it worked for me with the only 3 things i tried today) Hopefully the site doesn't go into a tailspin toward the weekend like usual since the change but things do seem to be getting better. At least as of this week.

We have a beta version of the new remote upload system. You're welcome to test it and provide me with some feedback. Please do remember that it is still a beta, and might have issues (thus the test). Also, the design itself is still primitive.

Note:

2- Rapidshare links do not work for the moment
3- After a file completes, it might take a little while to appear in your file manager

If you would like to report an error, please email and include:

1- Your FS user ID
2- The problematic link
3- The error message you got

Working now but was unable to connect earlier. No errors just idle until browser timed out. Figured it could have just been too busy.

Seems there's some problems in Web upload today. It always shows me a error after my uploading, please fix it.

Yes. Automatically every Friday. It is often earlier in the day, but do not get worried if your payment is not credited until Midnight (Friday) - 3:00am (Saturday) GMT. It all depends on how much processing needs to be done and when they begin compiling Friday.

Just got home. Checked FTP. Did, in fact, lose a couple files in transfer from successful upload to file manager. Not flawless, but losing 2 of 40 isn't terrible.
