    Good luck in trying to get anything from these scammers, sharingmatrix or filesonic whatever they're calling themselves now.

    I subscribed to their (SM) 1 year premium service at the start of last month (july) and it worked fine for a few days (although slow) then for no given reason it stopped.
    I was unable to access any sharingmatrix.com file links nor was I able to access the actual website to complain. The 'sharingmatrix.com' site itself wont load, it tries to redirect to filesonic.com but quickly reverts back to loading sharingmatrix in an endless loop.
    I've sent emails to their support team and have had no response, its been almost a month.

    My best advice is to stay well clear of this mob.
