Hum, I'm thinking about start work with that a bit to see how it goes, but my doubt is, do you have any problem with Dedicated Servers? Like massive uploads? 100mbit/1gbit port uploading good amount of files per day? Since I saw you have FTP connection, this pretty much interested me.

I'm off from the internet business for a while, some years, but my nerd days is about to come back hehe, more free time now and I'm looking for opportunities, I will open my own pre dump and release forum as well.

RU going to be completely dead or there is chance that file will get 100% done in 12 to 48hrs?

 

Seems to be 100% dead. I've been trowing a couple files in the queue every 12 hours or so since they shut it down three days ago to see if it would come back online. They are all still pending. As disappointing as it is not having RU for another week, I support FS shutting it down and re-building from the bottom up. They are finally doing this week what they should have done seven weeks ago.....namely, recognizing they botched the changeover beyond repair and starting over. If they had done this early instead of creating excuses and stubbornly propping up a defective system with little more than duct tape and bailing wire, most of the hard feelings from affiliates and downloaders could have been avoided. Now that they're doing the right thing, the least we can do is not rush FS thus tempting them to take short cuts or put the product in place before it is functional.

Perhaps where you are, but speeds are dismal here. 5-10kb/s download and 30-50kb/s upload to s80. Still, I'd rather have a slow, dependable system than a fast, unreliable system for the time being. Thanks.
