I see to my stats and crying... in work day I get 50% of july earning... yes, weekend... and I get 1/3, because half SERVERS DOWN 2 days

FILESONIC anyone of the staff mind telling us what is happening with the service?It is not nice to ignore most of the posts and only answer the one that hav problem with payment.you come to this thread read everything and just post' please send me your account information and etc.' we ,the others need answers too.

Is that the technical glitch? Enlighten me if such a scenario is possible

they are registered by Moniker, which is based in FL with a Fax and Phone number. had to do a whois on hotfile and those guys are in Panama. At least they are registered under their own name. although if someone here is a stubborn person on a phone line... could push Moniker to do something. That could wake FS up. Like pulling sponsors off a show. Right now nothings working at Filesonic. have over 20 links and they all say Hoster Error. I see I'm not the only one to do a whois.. although some whois is better than others. The main whois keeps timing out on me. Had to go to another.

 

I had exactly the same as you have and even more other bugs in stat appeared, because of that I decided to switch to pay per download plan, because nobody answered my questions and nobody paid me money for these bugs.

 

yeah obviously mine is too. goes to bubbles when the local cat comes around but harder than a brick around me. sigh... like trying to keep my face defending filesonic. had a digital mudpie (red square) thrown in my direction yesterday for it. just for tying to get a smile on an aria fan

 

This would be Filesonic on a ouch Monday Morning. always Monday's are the worst. Nothing works.. I'm a downloader. Think I did upload one item to FS But not lately. Have to go to Megaupload and they have always been very reliable. FREE. Yet I defend Filesonic. A month in a digital world is a long time yes. but I'm stubborn. The normal study's show if someone visits a site and it takes longer than 2 seconds to load or whatever, they just go somewhere else. If people continue to use them or account for 80 % of my links I'm downloading.. then I'll defend Filesonic because others also are trying. (and shouting swear words on a message board is like so called Christians trying to ban Islam. Just the wrong way to go about it) PM the poster nicely and ask for a mirror. Mirror's would solve alot of our problems. Required mirrors.

I could post my screen cap but looks like I haven't been a member long enough. I can't see leaving just yet though. I've got my own computer background dating all the way back to dad bringing his laptop home. Okay it doesn't fit on a lap. Had a tiny screen and looked like a HUGE suitcase Nice flight sim though. Now where'd that Vic 20 go. Now that I'd love to know how to fix. Always come up with a blank screen Have it in my room actually hoping to take it apart and look for a fuse or something. lol

Just a thought, but couldn't the problem of isp's blocking access (if that's what is happening) be solved by allowing https links ? In fact the whole site could run https. Not sure how effective this would be without going through an anonymous proxy, but of course filesonic has a routine in place to stop that. Another possibility is for filesonic to mask it's links - you know - cloak them so they appear to be somewhere else. Don't know much about it but I'm sure it's possible.

 

Not practical.

As SSL will require more time to download the files up to 50% if compare to non SSLed website.
