I have big trouble. I posted my links to folders with files, and now after change on site this links doesn't work- all :/

 

they probably can (I sure can't tell for all files/servers, especially considering all the problems happening for 1+ month) ...but currently not with many download managers I guess, as these plugins don't magically transfer sharingmatrix.com to filesonic.com (yet). just launched jdownloader to check, I got "file not found"...when the same file/link works using firefox.

 

sir there is no update in statistics page after 4 th of aug, there is no todays earnings status,

plz fix this i cant see my downloads

i will pm u my id

 

I tried with the English, tried and Russian, but without result

 

There are some bugs still running. But it'll be solved in the coming days as per the comment from SM support. btw when i tried downloading a file, at first it displayed in italian language bt aftr refreshing, it gone. My stat wasnt working, but the support fixed it. My old sm links working fine and rightly redirecting to the fs site. Bugs are known and it'll be fixed.

I lost some files , i can't find it in my folder, but i copy the link ,and open it in firefox, they are still alive, Clould you help me to get my files back!

FTP upload wont work, i upload 1 file but when is already 100% it failed transfer how come?

 

How can I upload multiple files at one go without using the FTP feature?

 

The bug report page doesn't load, it asks me to login in, which I have done.

Please can I get reply about this issue...

I don't wish to keep banging on about it over and over. I keep waiting patiently before bum,ping, but nothing seems to be done about it.

no file stats, no sorting = unusable
strange numbers in payments
today stats are out

itsnt for you only. Many having troubles. just pm your user id to Fs support and he will look into it.

 

Can you make it so we can sort files within the file manager? So latest files appear at the top or somthing ?

I also have no stats for today (5th) can you please look into this.

Also why is MSN support never online anymore ?
