    I realise you have many many complainants to look after, but I did put my email address in my pm to you on Saturday and have still to have any kind of response from anyone. If there's a way to have an extension as my membership appears to have expired without me able to access files for weeks, along with instructions of how these others are using your download service through this time. Otherwise I too request a refund for the lack of service offered during the month since I signed up.

    The entire site is now erroring out. What exactly is the deal? Why are most other hosts working so well and FS has all these problems for over one month now? It has been over one month now and things are no better or the same as they were on day 1 with all the same continuing problems and issues. Maybe FS needs to hire someone from rapidshare, hotfile, fileserve, megaupload, etc. to at least incorporate a proper design and file manager and to get the ball rolling. Downloaders on most of the forums I am on are very angry with FS and spreading the bad word. Forums are also talking about banning everywhere. This is not good for those of us who believed things would get better and stuck by FS. I think FS needs to run a deficit in the short run if necessary and do whatever it takes to get things running. In this technological age it is the only way to survive or flourish. Maybe FS has very little capitol or the right employees right now I don't know but something is amiss. Making all these huge promises and advertising like crazy and then not being able to deliver just isn't plausible. I think FS support has been helpful and courteous on here and looking into problems but it's just not enough without getting things running properly. C'mon guys something's gotta give.

    Once again web uploads are not working, downloads are giving errors or only partial files, getting errors when navigating the site in general.

    I just want to thank Mr. Hish for his support

    I contacted him in the past few days because i had a problem in my payments.

    He interacted well with me & he solved that issue today

    & now I am starting to work with filesonic again

    Downloading from s90 always gives a Bad Gateway error.
    I upped what should be a popular file; after more than 1 hour not even a single download because it downloads from a non-working s90.

    I created a bug report as well.

    I wonder how many downloads I have "lost" that way.

    Don't let the facts get in your way. 183 Pages in this thread at present. 3646 posts in this thread at present. 554 of those posts belong to Hish (filesonic-support). 96 of those posts belong to FileSonic-IT. 4 of those posts belong to Rome (filesonic-support2). A full 18% of the posts in these thread are interactions on behalf of FileSonic.

    "[O]ne instance of a board moderator being present"? I think not. There is a difference between a lack of response and members not being happy with the response they have been given. The latter may be true, but FS is hardly guilty of the former.

    I wouldn't say "no" to any kind of response. 2 full working days and over half the weekend, which I'll forgive, without reply either on here or via PM (or email for that matter, as I've also emailed twice before joining here).

    My statistics show ZERO downloads for any of 23 files in the last 2 wks. I know its not possible that I dont have any dl's. Does FS not count downloads if your setting are set to "pay per sale"?? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? TIA

    filesonic-support, abused files were deleted from my account with files from copy folder (they were hidden and not published) .You delete now abused files by name not by ID? We must use "copy of" in file name not to be erased both files?

    The completed download column does not update if you have opted to participate in "pay per sale". This is how the site is currently configured.

    Well, I can access the site, but FTP still not functioning at all, RU success rate is down around 10% and web upload not functioning at all. It's been three days since I could use FileSonic to any degree. This is getting extremely frustrating. Hish, can you give us any update on the progress being made? Rome?

    I take it back. Both .com and .net are inaccessible. You know what the most disappointing thing is today? I noticed earlier that the homepage was given yet another facelift. I realize you have to update the site every so often to maintain status on search engines, but to spend time and effort on this when the host has been all but unusable for days?

    Okay site is now accessible but s76 has gone back offline. These are actually files I was able to sneak through this morning. As s76 is causing persistent problems, is there any way to stop directing NEW UPLOADS to it? Thank you.

    yup a few that I reported bugs on got fixed but s76 continues to be a problem.

    I reported bug for it, but thought i'd post it here as well.
