    no update for me at all! ;(

    why hasnt this happened to any other hosting site? so far i have had the account about 4 weeks and only could use it for about 2 days,

    this is unacceptable for premium acconts, are you going to extend my premium account by 1 month because of your problems? can you compensate me?

    Was in the same boat myself.
    Just finished messaging with the tech peeps and problem has been identified and resolved (for me)
    It's being rolled out across all servers at the moment so give it half an hour or so and give it a try then.
    If your problem was the same as mine (insert tech speek in here)you should be golden.
    If the problem persists PM one of the Filesonic people Via this board and they will get you up and running I'm sure.

    I know how frustrating it is, I've been tearing my hair out., but hopefully everything is back to normal.

    hope that the new ftp will be installed this weekend...still encounter the problem uploading via ftp..but to be fair web upload is ok..

    Okay, just queued another dozen files RU DF TO FS with 100% success rate. RU FROM FS, however, is still 100% failure. I have not seen any postings detailing exclusion of RU from FS by other hosts except HF. Up until a few days ago I had no problems whatsoever with RU from FS. Have there been any code changes or re-directs preventing other hosts from accessing FS in premium status thus allowing us to transfer? Thanks.
