oh no, its really frustrating
FS need to Fix lot of bugs..
please try to do it pronto

 

Yep. I haven't bothered with FTP since my post an hour or two ago (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1895471&p=14890339#post14890339). Fortunately, I am working in front of the computer and web upload is working well at present. I can just keep loading files manually. I'll give FTP another go when I've done my work.

FS promises new servers are on the way. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this is the solution.

Can I ask why you need RU from FS TO FS ? You are not allowed to have 2 accounts and you need to be premium on a host to RU files from this host...

Wow! It's almost a miracle... Filesonic seems to have fixed most of its bugs. Web upload and download work, remote upload works like a charm...
Good work, guys! I just upgraded to premium. Hopefully these improvements will not be temporary...

Ha ha - what? It's called internet remote upload, mate. Rapidshare has it too. If you have a premium account you can remote upload files from other accounts by copy-pasting the links in the RU box.

 

Anyway... forget it...

If you have a premium account, give it a try.

 

The confusion is caused by a misunderstanding of why you are entering your ID/password when you RU. You are not entering these to access your file manager or anyone else's file manager. You are entering the values to download as a premium user, just as if you were downloading the files to your computer.

Personally, I do not download other folks' files into my account, but I do not see why it wouldn't work under normal circumstances.

 

Understand that some users in the UK are able to download, myself - still no luck (either as prem or free)
