Any other UK users having this issue?? We implemented a fix related to the IWF/proxy situation, so everything should be up and running for the UK people.

Only thing I see atm is "Download Session In Progress" even though I haven't a file downloading. I've only tested one other file atm which downloaded fine. Will keep an eye on it.

 

I've seen the problem from FileSonic to FileServe, you?

 

Just got a 504 Gateway Time-out testing a second file. Seems it's taking a lot longer to start the download after you click. Before it opened a new untitled browser window and loaded in the download manager. Perhaps this fix is imparting some trickery making thing slow?

A refresh and another 30 sec wait to download went a lot faster this time on the same file.

I have got this issue. There was no problems with sharingmatrix but downloading from filesonic is almost impossible . For last few weeks I downloaded 2-3 files... i was trying to get more, but there was an error message shown on my screen. I had enough and swapped to another sharing site, I still want to use FS! I asked my ISP if they block access to filesonic and this is their answer:

"Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you that there are no restrictions imposed regarding the mentioned site. Please note that 'xxx', as an internet service provider, does not restrict the members from accessing any web sites. In case you have any additional questions do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We are available 24/7."

The "paid" and "unpaid" figures are not always accurate. Look instead to your "weekly" totals and see if those amounts have been paid. For example, tomorrow's payout should be close to the your totals from 2010-08-28 to 2010-09-03 and last week's payout should have been close to your totals from 2010-08-21 to 2010-08-27. Check to see if these figures are correct, and if not, dispute these amounts.

You also mentioned you have earned a total of $17 since joining. The minimum payout is $15. If you had not achieved $15 prior to last Friday's payout, you would not have been paid. Instead, that amount would roll over into this week and be added to tomorrow's payout.

yes you are true i should get pay this week because last week i have less than 15$ thank you but what is the time for payment tomorrow?

 

It varies, but most generally sometime between 17:00 and Midnight GMT.

I'm going to have to eat my words on this one, jontan. I have not had a single upload transfer into my file manager upon completion in the 5 hours since I posted my response and I have connected to multiple servers during this period. Talk about jinxing yourself.

OMG What the hell have you done again, now even RU form Filesonic to Filesonic isn't working properly. It's pending and pending, used to be instant..........

 

yup. I just tried it about half hour ago for the first time in a while and its still pending.

i've an another issue today,
upload successful in ftp
but file not yet appeared in myfiles even after hours
what i've to do?

 

I was acctually going to say that I've seen an improvement... I put 35 files in queue and they all except 2 went through on the first try the 2 others on the second. Normally it would have failed with around 50% of the files on first try and then 50% of them on the second and so on.. taking hours to transfer the files. I do remote from my own server.
For me this is best Filesonic worked in a long time.. maybe best ever.
