Im Still waiting.. Its really a serious issue..

 

Hish! I have a seggestion.Add download buttons like other Filehost did.For example

 

You get this message when trying to download a certain file 'An error occurred, please try again later'. You send in a ticket and 1 week later you get this reply...

1) Log out and log in with your username ( ) and password.
2) Use download manager http://jdownloader.org for best download speed and stability.
3) Use another browser

Please make sure you have the latest version of the download manager as our site is constantly being updated. Your download manager will have to be updated as well.

If you are certain you have the latest version, you must now contact the support team for that specific download manager. Notify them of the problem and they will resolve the issue (usually within a timely manner) and in the mean time you can download directly from the website.

For issues related to Internet Downloader Manager (IDM), please refer to their help guide for FileSonic: http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/support/filesonic_dwnl.html.

The download manager that we recommend using is JDownloader, please refer to their support: http://jdownloader.org/.

Just a suggestion, please make Playsonic more noticeable at all pages, like what you have before. I frequently forgot that I have ongoing missions on Playsonic.

 

This was a temporary error and all should be back to normal now

I am trying to say that Filesonic Host these images and make them available like banners.
Suppose that you have over 2000 post in different location but the image link just stop working!So then whatYou can't just edit them all.
Also add a few new banners to increase sales.

I see that new design is getting more stable every day, but I must object that sharing file is still complicated comparing to old design. If you really listen affiliate suggestions, add share button like it was in old design, so we don't have to click on that arrow and then on Share. Also, when pop-up shows, why do we need to click on "more options" to get URL with file name? Make it so all link types appear as soon as we click on Share button.

 

the payment of deceber 6th hasnt come to me yet the ticket number is #187488 ... ! its almost more than a month... and ur last reply to my ticket was 6 days ago mate

 

Please do not post your ticket #s on the board or else they will be answered last - it wastes time between going back and forth between the boards and e-mails.

Please respond to your ticket and it will move it back from Pending to Open.

In new filemanager, copy & move pop-up page is bit difficult to understand as folder highlighting is absent when particular folder is selected.

Please bring back the folder highlighting when particular folder is selected in that pop up page.

We were making small updates, many of you asked for folders to collapse, we implemented it, it was causing some little glitches. It should be back to normal

Yes showing playsonic dashboard is nice as this will help affiliates to check less often the statistics page for checking any new sales and download count.
