    Downoadspeed for Freeuser went down Day by Day. So much other problems since the new Layout, but you only say.

    "We fix this, we fix that" And it seems you do nothing.

    I believe in two months the downloadspeed is near 50 kb/s for Free-user.

    I think filesonic would know if you're using RDP because there would be multiple accounts logging from the same IP.

    Downloads today were not as good as usual, I also encountered problems downloading as premium, it says "Hoster problem" or "Disconnected" or "Connection timed out" in JDownloader.

    If a user creates a free account, we now count the upgrade made through the file manager.
    As long as the user doesn't buy a pro or collaborate from a different link, the upgrade from free will be earned by the owner of the link that the free account was created on.

    Also if a user upgrade from pro to collaborate using one of you link you will get a sale for it
