    What is going on?I get this message: No user found with such email.And i cant submit a ticket.What i did wrong?
    I also had a lifetime premium!

    You can not trade-in points and donate the premium, if you want to donate a premium you will have to get a voucher from the playsonic store and send it to your friend

    I'm encountering problem when trying to log-in to my account.
    I have opened a ticket.
    http://helpdesk.filesonic.com/requests/191751

    The error message I encounter:
    "We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xx.xx.xx.xx XFF: xx.xx.xx.xx) and have been temporarily blocked.

    Reason code: 9999"

    Any Idea why is this happening and How to resolve this?
