People, downloads don't count for this file http://www.filesonic.com/file/4174986854, it is highly popular and I am sure there has been downlaods as the link works and in the mirror host it has more than 60, usually FileSonic would be twice so it should be around 100 for now.

site working very slow, files jumping u know, please can u fix ?

 

it's the same link as beng's gave, i just mentioned the same error happens with another file of mine.

 

That sucks... i just spent ages uploading a 380mb file, it said the file had uploaded successfully but when i went to ''My Files'' Folder it's nowhere to be seen.... what waste of time.

Also, like others have pointed out about downloads not counting on certain files today... i uploaded a file this morning and it didn't show as having any downloads for 5 or 6 hours (even though i had many thanks on forums for posting it). I had a sale on that file and that correctly showed up in my stats but downloads for 5-6 hours never... weird.

I subscribed to a filesonic.com 30-day premium account with a credit card. I never got an e-mail with my transaction ID. I want to cancel my subscription so that it does not renew after 30 days. I need either the transaction ID to cancel my subscription or for the administrators at filesonic.com to cancel it for me. I'm having a very hard time canceling my subscription because I don't have the transaction ID.

 

check out your credit card or bank account statement there you can see the transaction id along with the debit amount, in filesonic check out the customer support page http://www.filesonic.com/customer-support there by entering your transaction id along with your registered email & password you can cancel your auto renewing premium subscription any time you want.

 

I know how to cancel the subscription. The problem is that I don't have the transaction ID to do this. I never got this information sent to me by e-mail, and Filesonic's customer service has been non-existent. And my credit card statement does not show the transaction ID. Can Hish or whoever else please help me out? I'm getting really frustrated with this. Preferably by PM or e-mail because I don't want to show my information here.
