web upload is extremely slow for me.

 

You are lucky RU even works... I could deal with slow, I haven't been able to use RU for 4 weeks now. I don even get an error message, my files just sit in pending and never go anywhere. RU was great once but not now.

I have opened a ticket #172485 with helpdesk yesterday but, no reply until now. Please help me.
