    same here...this is not my normal download stats...hope everything is ok...yes the download starts is working but it is very slow..:-(

    Right now i download files from Filesonic with amazing 200-300kb/s (i have premium account). Slow download speeds - that's what i'm talking about... Anyway... today i have luck, coz i have 2 sales.

    same here my stat was 10 dolars everyday and now its droped to 3 -4 dolars slow speed must be recover soon or we will earn only money for buy a ıcecream :D

    does anyone have problem from clear only problematic uploads when I click it it remote all uploads and when I click both its not delete anything somethign wrong ?

    Sometimes I feel we can complain all we want about slow uploads, slow downloads, RU not working etc. but we NEVER get an answer as to when things might be fixed.
    Not even a hint. :(

    Not even an acknowledgement that FileSonic knows about a problem and working on it.

    Might as well close the thread and tell people to create a TICKET on the site if they lost their password.
    That is the only thing this thread is used for.

    Filesonic & other filehost's usually identifies & correct issues without looking for user's feedback's in the thread. Same with new features, promo etc so its pointless to report for errors here. If anyone have problem with their account then please start support ticket in their sites. Filehost threads are usually meant for announcing filehost's news, promos etc to a wider audience particularly to those people who were still not part of it.

    But when 1,000 people complains about slow uploads + downloads for weeks now, it might be a good idea to inform the users, just a tiny bit.

    I am facing some remote upload problems from Megaupload, the weird thing is direct http linksnow always gets me a few kb file, which is totally an error.

    this is so normal when you became so popular and not upgrade servers nıthign is wrong all host do same mistake I hope it wont be to late for fileosnic it sems like already big uploader not to choose upload filesonic anymore at forums at thire blogs to bad for who got lifetime from fielsonic even %25 bonus day not gonne save fileosnic because problems not solving and every day new problems come

    problems:

    RU from other host not work

    I tried from Wupload and filepost I get%80 of blocked IP or login erorr tpical fileosnic

    seccond one slow ftp servers you better get new servers filesonic if I over 20 mb/s I feel my self lucky

    slow premium download : downloader piss off about this they paid and they getting 300 kb download speed dont you have any person who control bandwith or something when overuseage dont you have anyback up plan ? DCMA delete links in 24 hours and downloader cant download anuthifgn because slow speed not good for movies

    problems are not solving and its been almost 3 weeeks I know some PM me today he asked me personally he also oferme money to not upload file sonic because he is waiting 1 file for download since 30th october and I said to him I wrote this to filesonic and what they answer me I wrote you because no excuess left linsk will be online we cant evcen re upload same name links because fileserve not re add links they only make copy links adress on same server so no point to re upload


    I really dont get it if you have such downloader and uploader didnt you see when be poplar this kidn of think will happen and take precautions is this really hard to do ?

    unfortunatly give away %25 extra money is not make downloaders happy filesonic you gonne need give them %25 more premimum days if you want make every one happy because it seems like many people say samething on forums " why my download speed is so slow from filesonic ? " everyone looking this answer nowadays :D

    I know some people called thiere ISP customer services and asked if there is any problem :))))))

    I can not find where you commented on fixing slow FTP servers.

    Ok I found it:

    What you are saying is "We have a problem" - and the 1-2 weeks before that message and since the message, FTP upload has been slow.
    It isnt very useful.

    At least write every few days:
    "We are aware that FTPs are slow and we are working on it".
    Or something.

    That would be "my level of information' to the users if I owned FileSonic.
    Updates on all issues AT LEAST every second day or so until fixed.

    All I am saying (in 30 lines or more) is that I believe Hish can do a better job informing users.
    Doesnt seem like he agrees with that.

    Like I said before even if affiliates complain here about ftp, ru and other issues here. No effect will be there on their working efficiency. If they really want to fix/improve they will surely do even without any one's feedback here. So its better to remain silent and watch their progress.

    Also everyone please note that download/upload and other issues is not affecting affiliates alone but to all even to filehosts. So if a downloader experience slow download speeds and other download problem it will affect sales, sales duration, rebills etc filehosts are well aware of this so I don't think filehost's will remain still on such issues. They will surely do their best to solve issues as quick as possible.

    hi hish do you have a way to know whether my account will auto-renew once it reached it expiry?
    I am totally unable to find that out.

    Mine is not a standard case so i am looking to validate the matter somewhere, i know that typically, accounts do auto-renew.
