    Hi,

    First of all I have too keep logining all the time, it doesnt remember me,
    I am using Firefox.

    Now when I try to log in I get an error:

    Error
    Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such
    email.

    No I can't send a message to you cause it says I have to log in.

    Can you please explain why I can't log in and why its says no user.

    Have sent an email 3 days ago to Filesonic, still awaiting a reply.

    Please help!!

    Hish, why you ignored my question? I wrotte you PM too, but no answer... i open a ticket on FS and there i didn't get an answer... i contacted Rome on skype and he promise that he will take care of it... and nothing again. I realy want to know why are you so unfair and don't want to answer me, why i didn't get paid for more than a month. When you have problem with overpaid amounts i was fair and i send you money back and what i get in return?!? Ignorance and no money for 4 weeks!!!!

    It is not banned.. It was temporarily banned.. If someone gets multiple failed logins from that IP, it will temporary ban him, then the second time, it will be permanent.

    If other hosts allow people abusing their system, then good for you... But we sure don't ! Also , not trying to be rude :)

    To show you that I didnt ignore this affiliate, as he claims, he selected "Premium" instead of "affiliate" and I always said that if you want messages to get to me and you are an affiliate , select affiliate. (It is even mentioned on our News page)

    FileSonic.com always promises the best experience too all its partners. You are all aware of the down time that occurred last week. On Friday, 4th November 2011, between 05h00-10h00, the site was up & down. We noticed that many of our partners had their earnings affected by this. Some download links were affected by this.

    The good news is that it has been fixed and we have taken measures to prevent this from happening again!

    I talk about ignoring me on this forum...i ask you a question here yesterday, but you didn't answer me anything...but on other questions you give an replay... i send you private message and you didn't answer me there... i talk on skype several times with Rome and he promise that you guys on filesonic (i don't know who is who and with whom i talk) take care of it, and again week passed and i didn't get payed. And after whole month of begging for a simple answer why somebody get paid and i didn't get my money for 4 week you tell me that this is not ignorance from your side? I don't mean to be arogant, but i0m a little bit disapointed, becouse i was fair and i expect the same from you. That's all...and that's fair...don't you think so?

    I can not answer every single post here, this is why I am asking everyone to open affiliate tickets. I answer EVERY SINGLE affiliate ticket.

    Next time, if you open an affiliate ticket and I don't answer, then you have the right to say that I ignored you. This thread has over 25,000 posts, I try my best to answer every one of them, but it doesnt always work!

    So, NO, it is not ignorance from my side... Do you know what ignorance means? (lack of knowledge, information, or education; the state of being ignorant. Being ignorant means being stupid) ... So next time, some respect would be appreciated!

    I totally understand your point, but at the end it is not me who is abusing, and I am a user who needs a working service, nothing more.I just tried to access filesonic main site right now and again received the ban notice, so I am not getting the service I am paying for, probably for the 5th consecutive day (on and off).Your fault, not your fault, that's not the point.Regards.
