I am assuming your email ends with .co.uk ... What we have in the database is (lco.uk) ... Since the "l" is over the "." on the keyboard, then I can only assume that you mistyped it.

You can login with the same email but put lco.uk instead of .co.uk !

Thank you Hish, you are my man, your glory keeps shining through! This is what I assumed from the very beginning and sorry for me being so upset, but I got pretty fed up with the situation after over a week of waiting and seemingly no one even taking notice of me and my trouble.
