Servers are overloaded I think. Putting some limits on users like remote upload quota, storage quota etc will definitely make it stable.

I know you have lots of things to do so only just one short question:

My earning from downloads in the last 9-10 hours is very little (almost nothing). Is this because people simply couldn't download through Filesonic links (because of these technical problems) or the stats are in delay?

why some are demanding compensation when fsc is down everybody is in loss, its not just us, but lets hope fsc would get better before weekend starts

Hi, its due to server problems. It will come to normal soon their servers get stable.

Yes I know and I hope so too that everything will be back normal, but my question is still that until now the today stats is showing the true or there are some delay in it?

EDIT: I think it should be a stats freezing too, because it moved very little from 9-10 hours and for example in the last 1 and a half hour it didn't move a single cent.

 

I think its not due to delay instead really lost as downloader's find it difficult to download due to technical issues.

Stats can`t be true... at least downloads are 3 or 4 times lower than usual. Hopefully stats are lagging but i fear the worst...

 

Filesonic is pretty stable now. They have removed playsonic feature temporarily which have improved server's performance a lot.

Removing unwanted/least important features like unlimited storage and heavy remote uploading will significantly improve speed & reliability.

 

well at least working now, i see files, and ftp works www also..

Yes, site and upload is working. But new files stay at 0 downloads and i know at least 5 ppl downloaded that file (confirmed in thread). So either stats are lagging or worse.

 

Yes I think too that stats is freezing and it's in delay, but I think it's calculated at the background and Filesonic will give to our stats subsequently the downloads. (this happened last week too and 2 hours after midnight the stats was fine)

 

crap more issues with stats/servers? My stats are down easily 40% from where they should be. Are those downloads just gone because of server/technical issues? or are the stats just slow in updating?

 

Let's hope so since this is the last day for us elites to reach the $300 weekly goal to get paid for the week. But I strongly doubt that...

 

easy boy, we are all losing in this situation not just you yet you whining like its the end of the world, every business have their ups and downs, and we just in a bad days now.
besides I don't see any problem from the last 2 weeks, maybe just a couple of days ago but not the whole 2 weeks

if you smart enough you would probably have another filehost to mirror whatever you sharing and keep your income coming

 

I dont belive filesonic will fix server maintian or file not found problerm its been almost 14 days I guess time to move new host even my newest shares having problem 1 or 2 parts getting server maintain problem its perty clear filesonic cant handle this much customer or uploader

Those asking to remove heavy remote uploading and unlimited storage are just asking to kill FileSonic because I joined for these exact two reasons (and the nice payouts). I say they should be better not worse.
There is another filehost from Europe, that has almost instant remote upload and unlimited storage and a better payout (30 Euro for 1000 downloads for files above 100 Mb) to which I always compare FileSonic, today they had 15 maintenance in 3 months and all is fine. I chose FileSonic for its feeling and its Playsonic game, and because they have unlimited storage and let you remote upload up to 200 links at once and it is very appreciated in the US and accross the world.
Please FileSonic resolve the problems without removing any of the features that make you so unique and without imposing any limits on any of your users: free affiliate and premium.
