anyway..i solded 1 month premium account today )

 

deleting files from file manager and they're not getting deleted :S

uploaded files through ftp don't show

web upload reaches 100% and then shows an error

 

Seriously, i don't know what to say anymore. Uploaded a file but server side never save it, in the end i just wasted my time to upload. Please take this matter seriously!

ok i submitted a ticket, hopefully hish checks them somehow during the weekend, this is clearly a big and global problem.

 

yeh main site is down.. sometimes it goes up, but very slow... please do something.

We are working on it ... Will be fixed very soon and everything back to normal.

We have the data center guys working ONLY on this issue!

I guess today I will have to use another filehost to publish my work.

 

Its about the datacenter used by filesonic and wupload.I hope thay change it soon,coz this is bs.Few weeks the same problem,and no way to fix it.

 

Atm having averagely 4000 downloads per day... in problematic days i can`t make more than 1500... this means a huge chunk of downloaders can`t access the content (or they access it but it doesn`t get into statistics). IMO, this thing screams for compensations.

 

well today i cant even open the site since morning, i hope hish is doing something abt this, normally this is the time when hish gives the good news that everything back to normal, plz hish speed things up a bit and thankyou team filesonic

I don't repeat the problems it's the same to me like everyone, but I hope they will find a solution, because in the last two weeks Filesonic has to many technical problems and with this we lost so many downloads, sales, even referrers who went to another filehost company. And yet there is additionally the reliability what's easy to lose. I think this is one of the hardest period of Filesonic. They build up nicely the company in the last year, they are one of the bigest nowdays, but now they have to find solution for these problems fast, because in this industry easy to lose people's trust.

And one concrete thing:

Hish, are the stats frozen, late or this is the sad true what I can see in my Dashboard? Finally (that wasn't easy) I can get inside my Filesonic account and I see that in the last 8-9 hours my earnings (from downloads) increased very-very little (almost nothing). So this is because people simply couldn't download through Filesonic links or the stats are in delay?

Also files doesn`t appear in the file manager after FTP upload. I`m actually confused where to upload my work now... i`ve got used to Filesonic for so long .
And yes, TODAY`s stats are not moving at all... when i click my links i`m getting errors 50/50
