Is there any working method for upload? I tried FTP and remote, both failed!!

 

Sharingmatrix, why has some people got their payments and other haven't? I only got my promo payment and my 80 dollars that i earned before you messed up the stats are gone, are you trying to fool anyone here, why are you taking the week off to chill when nothing is working? seriously man up and work on the weekend if you want to keep your affils

I make around 20 $ a day on your site in average, are you going to pay me 20$ for each day the premium account sales isn't tracking properly or just take the money and go with it?

You might just have the worst costumer support i have EVER seen, wow. I'm amazed that you show yourself on this forum when you have really nothing of relevance to say and whoever is boss should have you fired for saying you guys ain't working on the weekend, cause i'm pretty sure everyone expected you guys to be working around the clock to get things up and running and now we know yall are on weekend haha

 

anyone still not get normal payment ?
I still not get my normal payment only get promo payout only
And Remote Upload in Filesonix not working ,pending always and FTP is also failed , 2 day ago I upload throught FTP around 15 files and only 3 files uploaded to my files...
So I will not use Filesonic until everything is fix,hope is get fix soon

 

I only got my promo for the last week to, i had 80 bucks before they changed to filesonic and these seems to magically disappeared.

I guess we have to wait until monday when they feel like working again, cause apparently their whole system being down isn't a big issue enough to pay IT personal to work overtime. What a great company.

 

Filemanager: i can now sort by name or date but it is very slow :-(
Payout: I have promo, but not regular
statistics: since 07th August i have stats / 1 sale ^^ / 5th & 6th August are still not there
Payments:
paid: 0$
unpaid: the sale from 7th August

keep on guys!!!!! I am looking forward for more improvements

Now my username / password for the ftp server isn't working anymore, did they go back to the old "generate account" system? I would check if i could but the site is taking a year to load.

 

I only received july promo and normal payout still not get?

 

Thats a pretty awful jock i ever heard. If he dont provide enough support, then why he coming here and trying to solve the problems ?? If you have any problem about delayed payment, then pm him and notify about it.

Yeah im sorry I just get very frustrated with the situation... i'm just passioned about sharingmatrix cause it worked really really well before this change, i would hate to see it go away.

 

My situation so far:
- I can upload through the web. 1 out of 2 trials is successful, but I don't upload a lot these days because I cannot see whether somebody can download my files.
- I received both the bonus and the weekly payments. Are you sure that you entered your paypal account name in your settings because this went lost after the switch.
- sort by upload date is implemented (which was one of my requests) meaning that there is some progress. I'm in the phase of testing it, but everything is unusably slow.
- on boards that I visit: almost all new topics are hotfile uploads, while 3 days ago SM was only a less popular than HF. (As a note, Fileserve is not allowed on those boards)

My question at this moment: should i continue using FS because I cannot see whether my files are downloaded? We needs those stats urgently (both globally and for each file).

 

Same here. The files that I uploaded in FileSonic appear on top, but the files uploaded in Sharingmatrix appear randomly.
This might be because the files uploaded in Sharingmatrix do not have a creation date (just click on the Info icon next to the file). The creation date is also something that is lost during the switch from SM to FS.

 

I got a bonus and the weekly payment with one except, instead all weekly peyments I got only part .ofc(05-06 no stats)

 

Ive also not had my main payment still

 

Ah dont worry mate, i wasnt talking in aggressive mood. The glory of SM will come back soon in full fledged manner. See if like other people saying, FS is gotta end up in damn dungeon, they wouldnt spent this much money for new servers and also combo payments. SM support is hard working to fix all the troubles. The trouble is that, for people from a certain part of the world, FS is working very fine. So they cant close the site for works. Show some patience and stay calm. FS will surely cater your all $ needs

 

People, if you are ONLY ABLE TO MAKE SALES through files that are bigger than 400 MB - than your file sharing work SUCKS ASS, no matter how much "more money than others" you can make this way. If you are not capable to make sales otherwise than you deserve nothing but pity here from other Sharing Matrix users who are doing the same thing with smaller files. Don't start telling us how "you were better at it " so we should all "turn to your standards", as soon as they canceled that option - you're turning to Pay per Download - proving us that you are not. We all here work for it, and it would be nice if you joined us and start doing the same for a change.

 

For those of you that haven't received their main payment, check that your payment details are still there in the settings section. The filesonic upgrade may have removed your details which is why some of you still haven't received payment. Hope this helps! Things should be running smoothly eventually.
