what's the problem with filesonic each and everyday a new kind of problem arises with my account and after notifying no action is taken

 

The server s100 and s86 not working! You can solve the problem quickly!

 

Something wrong to stat, many people say that premium sales just disappeared ((((. I think it scam.

 

I get this problem (502 bad gateway) too.

Uh.....s100 still offline. Sent bug report Sat. Sent 2nd bug report Sun. Should I send another today? It would seem from your post you are not aware of the problem.

Open your eyes,This is the same problems over and over again,what is best in all of this?sales and downloads dropped drastically!Why? because they have bad software?but bad for us

 

i think its time people leave this filehost... only errors..

 

I have sent you a PM with a handful of user comments and IP's of some of them who cannot download.... as you will see they are from all over the world not just the UK/

 

check your accounts,my sales were appearing now, LOL

And BTW, after your post, my sales went from 0 to 5 for yesterday. Wouldn't it have been more credible to just admit there was a compiling error over the weekend than to get so defensive. True, you were correct in that "....if you get 2 in a row, it is not your first time... It doesnt always mean that there is something wrong with us!" but in this case, wasn't Nikss correct that there was a problem?

No. There was simply a compiling error late Saturday and no one was around to catch it until they came to work on Monday.

I'm by no means a tech wizard but if you take alook at my post#2501 http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1895471&p=14865546#post14865546 in this thread it will perhaps begin to explain the UK (and other regions) problem.

I have had it confirmed that Filesonic is on the IWF list.

I think the only permanent fix for this is to contact them and get yourselves removed.

It's good to see that there is somebody from Filesonic here today but for me, and I'm sure everybody else, it has been really frustrating to have been left in the dark all weekend.

As has been said on this and other forums there really needs to be 24/7 response from you guys particularly when the site is experiencing so many problems.

At the very least would it not be possible to update your "news" page with details of the bugs you know about and the progress you are making with them.

There is also never any replies to contact via your website (contact us / bug reports) and I PM'd from here several times with the same response.

I realise this may be because you are getting flooded with emails / PMs but still...

Really hoping that you can sort this downloading problem out asap.

Obviously I may be completely wrong about what's causing the download problem but it may be right and can hopefully hope to resolve this issue

 

Crufty out of curiosity is there any other filehosters on the IWF list according to jdownloader forums hotfile is on it at the moment thats why i could not login with hotfile with jdownloader(There is a fix)Yet have no problems downloading from them.I remember when hotfile and rapidshare where both on the IWF list and i used to get around it by putting https in front of files i was downloading,this does not work with filesonic.Also my IP uses a dynamic ip as most do now,not transparent.

 

Not in the UK myself, but from what UK friends have told me in the past, practically all hosts frequently go on and off the list.
