    Paypal will give filesonic the information who have received over amount and under amount so even if over amount received affiliates withdraw it to their bank accounts still filesonic can compensate in their future payments.

    its not automatically withdrawn as soon as you receive it. its on the end of the day if automatic withdrawal is activated!

    paypal will hold the amount before its withdrawn if there is a dispute and cancel it! withdrawal is not instant. dont worry.

    skyscraper is correct, its automatically activated recently on all Indian paypal users account also there is no option to deactivate it.

    ^i never set a bank account for automatic withdrawal, so it may not be the same in my case. but i have seen paypal cancelling the withdrawal process after a dispute.

    ^that is if the withdrawal was completed. paypal initiates withdrawal only 24hours after its requested. within that time, it can be cancelled.
