we are all waiting for hish or mike (hope i'm correct) to give us some report..

 

I've problem too ?!
I've to receive $73.98 USD
on my paypal account from filesonic : $38,86 USD
Look strange all of this.
i've send a ticket to filesonic to know what happens

 

I haven't receive the payment yet... It showed paid in my account but I haven't get anything from my paypal account.

 

now got the payment but insted of 253.61 $ its just 50.32 $

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. I verified all the payouts in the admin and the correct amounts were sent out (as you can see in your payments page)..

Now we see that many of you received wrong payouts.

We are contacting paypal and will try to resolve the issue ASAP!

Well, I've got around 80 $ instead of 20 $.

I'm curious how will you handle the excess amount. I don't need it since it's not mine but in about 10 hours I'll get another payment and I'll want to withdraw to my card. And I don't need any complications with PP.

 

quite strange that this kind of problem comes when you include a new feature in Payout.
All run perfectly but now, after your changes on payout, probs are come.
are you really sure that the prob come from paypal & not from filesonic?!
like an error in one line of payout code, in sending payout to members like for example : one member receive 10$ when he wait for 30 $ ; another one receive 30$ when he wait for 15$, another 15$ when he wait fo more,...

i think the best to do is to ask all members who receive a payout the 27 september to decline it, & you will do the payout again... no?!
I think paypal can do this for you, like to return the $ to you & you will do the payment again. It will be more easy to do this than to calculate how many $ left to send to each member.

For the meantime, kindly do not withdraw the funds from your PayPal account, since PayPal is still working on it!

hish, why not ask paypal to return the mass transaction? that would be possible and more viable solution as most who got overpaid wont be reporting it!

should those who got underpaid return their amount too? btw the 500$ is mine. so does that mean everyone was sent the payout of the previous guy in the payout table?

 

i am an indian user and from 26th of september paypal has applied automatic withdrawal policy to all indian accounts. so i get 50.32$ instead of 253.61$ in my paypal account and it gets withdrawan automatically to my bank account i can't help it because as soon as the payment arrives it get withdrawan automatically even if it is as low as 10$ this is paypal policy for indian users now tell me what can i do
