    when it was sm something like this was impossible, but now we have fs and, unfortunately, everything is possible.just read a few pages back.you're not the first and the last person with such problems:)

    Most of us have seen a drop in sales. I am more inclined to believe that FS's poor reputation and poor service are retarding sales rather than I am that FS is not crediting sales made. If you were a free user, wouldn't you have a second thought about going premium based on the last month?

    Who knows. Only time will tell.

    Don't know what's going on, but I don't have sales too. Before I had at least 2 sales daily. I'm thinking about switch to pay per download plan, but in such case I don't believe that it counts downloads correct. I'll test in few days, also I'm thinking to transfer all my stuff at FileServe. My patience is going to ZERO!
    BTW, does anybody know is it possible to transfer files from FileSonic to FileServe via Remote upload???

    Yes. Been transferring to FileServe myself this week. RU to FileSonic is the problem. RU from FileSonic is fine.

    How long are uploaders/downloaders surpose to be patient? for me maybe a week was being patient but 3 weeks + and still new problems daily its ridiculous.

    Ive also started to move my files onto fileserve and will start replacing links later this week if the filesonic fails to improve for me as an uploader or my downloaders.

    Oh dear another day of no downloading and no responses from filesonic.
    UK located can't download anything by any means or any browsers.
    I can see your point banjowood but this has gone on far too long and all seems slightly suspiscious to me. I was willing to allow them time regarding bug solving etc. but this isn't a case of fixing a few bugs but repairing the entire infrastructure and it has been since the change from SM. This really should have had all the resources available to FS thrown at it including hiring outside / new programmers.

    The one thing I must strongly disagree with is your idea that they should be given a break because it is the weekend. I'm sorry but no. As somebody else said, either earlier in this thread or elsewhere, the internet runs 24/7 every day of the year. There is no weekend!

    Hope I don't come across as being angry with you! It's FS and their attitude that I'm really pissed with.

    Even when they finally (if ever) get it together they have made theirselves a really steep hill to climb. They are loosing posters to other sites by the bucketload.
    As you say let's see what the Sept promotion brings....I would think if they want to retain their uploaders and overcome all the bad press they are receiving it's going to have to be pretty impressive and run pretty much for the next year (and also be bug free).

    By the way I'm not an uploader so any promo won't be affecting me.

    You're not going to get an argument from me on anything you have said. I would, however, like to clarify one point. I was not suggesting FS should be given a break because it it the weekend. If I had these problems, I would certainly be working 24/7. I was simply stating the fact that it is the weekend and any reply from them is doubtful.
