I did not complain on Saturday and Sunday because I was away.
Today I am at home again.

And I told you that the speed is about 800 kb/sec instead of 200 kb/sec on Friday.
I told you the truth on Friday, you saw it for yourself, and I am telling you the truth today: the speed is 300 instead of 200. Better, but in no way the servers are fixed.
What proofs of bad speed do you need from me so that I do not hear again "they were fixed" while having 800 kb/sec? I'll give you all the proofs you want. Please, list the proofs, if you need them. If not, I'll be waiting for the servers fixed and premium days added to my premium period. My request is still opened.

When you don't lke Filesonic and say that ALL OTHERS are better, why don't ou just GTFO!
You can be happy that Hish has such an endurance against users like you!

Making bigger FONTS won't acelerate the whole problem...

Tested some files of me:
I personally don't have speed issues!
I'm getting my full speed of 8,7MB/s, I really don't know what your problem is!
(but I'm downloading 2 files at once)

I don't know you said you make 7k-10k downloads [50% --> let's say 4000 downloads --> 4000/1000*30 = $120
And you say you make many sales, so count them as $5 each! [NON-ELITE-PLAN, 50%]

If I were you, I would "try out" that 50/50 for a week^^

 

Just a note: This is a support thread not a bragging thread. So, I guess snarkoid can complain here.

I never talked to you in general, nor did I say ALL OTHERS are better in particular. I said OTHER SOURCES have max speed, that does not mean OTHER FILE STORAGES like FS.
And I am happy you have great speed. I do not. But I had max speed for several months, so now it is my problem. You think if you don't have this problem all others don't have it, too? Your logic is at least funny. )))
I have a dialogue with Hish as with FS rep. Can you help? I think no. So mind your own business.
If Hish ever tells me this is wrong place for complants, then I will complain in some other places according to his instructions, and I don't care about your comments in this respect.

PS. By the way, bigger fonts exist to use them from time to time.

Well Alex I guess it depends which countrys your downloads are coming from, that would be the underlining factor

24 sales......so far its will be far better if i'm active last two days..

Still got three 1 years sales & three 6 month & one 3 month & rest of them are one month sales.....

Any news on download speed issue? It is still there.
I had maximum speed for several months in a row from all of FS servers. Now the speed is about 200 - 1000 kb/sec from alsmost all of your servers.
I changed nothing and still have excellent speed from other sources. I think something has changed at your end. You may want to look into the matter seriously. Or, you can ignore it.

Right now:

downloading from s279.filesonic.com - 400 - 600 kb/sec
downloading nVidia drivers from us.download.nvidia.com (just an example) - 3.8 Mb/sec
