As of 10 mins ago i've had a problem with my FS account... ;(

First i had this...

503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request.

Then this...

We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and have been temporarily blocked.

Any ideas?

Third time this month this has happened and my membership is up in two days.Didn't even have any failed log ins which is funny since the other times i know it was my fault. Can you please unban my ip.

I don't now what's happened but as other members I can't log to my account as I'm getting this:

"We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xxx XFF: xxx) and have been temporarily blocked. "

Could someone check this.

We placed something new in the system to catch abusers (multiple failed logins) ... Seems like it needs some adjustments

more or less had it with your service i'm feeling now i'm afraid had nothing but hassle the twice i've subscribed with poor download speeds, failing to download complete files, hassle logging into my account and get logged out when i've no wish to (didn't happen at all when i went back to being a free user for a few days) i've tried both IDM and Jdownloader (download speeds were a joke with this) and now the final insult i get the following message when i try to log into my account...

We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (*******) and have been temporarily blocked.

After coming home from work all day i qued up 4 files for download and then went out shopping only to return to this bad joke of a service i mean really if that is suspicious then i'll eat my hat and take my custom else where i've used rapidshare, megashares and fileserve in the past and filesonic in comparison to those has been nothing short of appalling!!

I await an apology for the poor level of service i have received and an explanation on how you intend to make things right with me.

EDIT: Comes to something when i have to register this complaint on a forum because filesonic website will not let me register a complain unless i login (which it will not allow me to do)

Can someone please inform me how to rectify this problem with filesonic or have i just flushed money down the toilet ?
