Haven't been able to download for ages.

I have a premium account and can't downloading using premium or free. Sent several PM's and Bug Reports.

This happerns for all files i try and download. I also tried several browsers.

I've been tested uploads (I'm based in Europe)...

FTP: Working fine - No issue

RU (direct links): Working Fine - No issues

Web: Upload a 100 MB file while I was uploading to hotfile ftp at the same time on a poor internet connection (about 40k/sec max): Working Fine - No issues



So everything should work fine about uploads right now...

 

Still downloading dont work 4 days and not able to download 1 single link,This is getting a real problem especially when you are premium and dont get the service that you payed for,also earning are very low,come on filesonic fix the downloads.

Now getting always RU_FILE_SIZE_ERROR

 

FTP is working great..been uploading files with a 400mb each in size and its all in my file manager...i think this is a good alternative for remote upload

Ftp rocks really. lightning speed for me

 

It does seem FTP is working but downloads are not,maybe there is a connection as when downloads were working ftp was not,now we just need both working as well as other things.Although for some both are working,both are not,1 is working one is not.

Another day, the same old problems with FS. The file manager still freezes when you try to switch pages, uploads freeze and do not complete, almost impossible to download. Someone would have to have their head examined to buy a premium membership from this 3-week old and counting disaster of a file host launch. From the looks of things this might be as good as it gets with FS. They are just stringing people along it seems. These problems could have been easily fixed in a few days at most with some programming changes and server capacity. Something just doesn't seem right. We're not all stupid.
