    What are qualifying credits?
    Your "qualifying credits" count is the total of credits you have accumulated over the last 30 days. Only your qualifying credits affect your level.

    In file manager you can see the total number of downloads got for the file (provided it must be => 1 MB) regardless of which plan you opted for.

    It is not possible for credits to decrease , unless you spend them. It is possible for qualifying credits to go down (since it is credits of past 30 days)
