The download speed from a4.filesonic.com is 25KBs - IF the server responds.

All files on a4 is rendered useless

We are transferring files to it right now so it's being used quite a bit, please be patient. IT is working on improving speeds.

remote upload from wu does not work? error file not found

what is happening with that.

Why not open internal remote again so that i and others use your service more than casually.

If you can't remote from anywhere then it forces people to use other filehosts

If inactive-uploads are deleted after 30 days, why are other uploads deleted after only a week or sometimes even after a few days?

 

@hish - he (want2makecash) was refering to wupload, so I highly doubt they have blocked you...

 

Filesonic deletes free users files after 30 days (from uploaded date) whether active or not also filesonic keeps those files another 48 hours before deletion to see if those files get downloads.

Premium upgrade can prevent file deletion also you can PM Hish to get free premium to prevent from deletion if you are making on an average $2 or above daily.

 

$2 daily and you get free premium, wow haha. that's piss easy to make

mind you I already have a lifetime account so...

I read Hish's previous message in this thread, that's why mentioned, not sure whether its still applicable.

 

That is no true, and many more people have complained about this. Like I said in my post, many files are deleted after a week or 2 weeks, so way before that 30 day period ....

 

Are you sure files really get deleted ?, some times files may be missing in filemanager main folder (due to some site bug) but not really get deleted.

 

Yes, I am 100% sure. And the last time I checked this forum I read similar complaints from other members.
No problems with filemanager! The links are actually dead on the forum where I post.
(this problem never occured before the 30-day deletion measurement started to take effect, so since a few weeks)

Is the deletion done at random?
My files from the 11th of july are dead, the ones from the 10th are all still alive, and from the 9th some are gone while others are still working like they should. I don't get it.

Then I suggest you to upgrade to premium as quick as possible to prevent further file deletion either with trade in points or playsonic credits.
