i urge all the users to stop using filesonic for some days because these guys are not even listening to our problems i have several times reported the bug to alex and also on site but they haven't replied to me once or not even bothered to resolve the problem.

i am facing the same problem of remote upload not working it takes more than 24 hours to remote upload now u guys tell what do we do till the files gets uploaded if we don't upload it on filesonic it gets uploaded on hotfile and gets spread within few minutes and then it gets old and also the downloading problem of filesonic is making users to stick to hotfile so i urge you guys to please stop using filesonic for 2-3 days then may be these guys will look seriously into our problem. if we stand together than only will our problem be resolved.

 

C'mon, FS. I have been fairly supportive, but what kind of reply is this? I have personally reported this bug daily and posted comments on the problem here as well. I also personally know of numerous others who have done the same. Are you going to seriously try to convince me you are unaware of the unreliability of the web upload feature? Are you also unaware of the unreliability of the FTP? I have seen no better than a 30% success rate with both methods since Monday.

 

i have added more than 10 files tomorrow for remote upload but today when i wake up and saw the status of files they are still pending and till no no progress even after 24 hrs what kind of web uploading is this why can't u people just use real time remote uploading like other file hosting sites have

I gotta agree with that! these are major bugs/problems they are clear to everyone..... bugs reported from 2-3 weeks ago are still ongoing today so im sure you dont need me to report these to you every day.

Ive never needed to report a bug to any other file host ive used as they seem to resolve issues quickly before they become a major issue to me or downloaders.

Please get file manager and uploads and downloads working. 3 weeks and still nothing is working. I'm losing money. I think a team of monkeys could do better.

RU not working for me today also

 

Hey guys,

I read a lot of questions about referrals issues so yesterday I've tested the system with Filesonic Team... I created a new user for test purpose with my referal link...
Filesonic send me the screen capture of they database software to show me that my new referral was well registered under me

So why it was not appearing in my referrals ? JUST BECAUSE REFERRALS APPEARS IN YOUR REFERARS ONLY WHEN THEY EARN POINTS nothing appear before that.

Second thing, REFERRALS EARNING ARE UPDATED ONLY ONCE (1x) A DAY to avoid statistic page to be too slow

And last, but not least, If you have referrals with 0$ in listed in your stats it's due to the migration from SharingMatrix to FileSonic, they did it in that way to show everybody that all entries are well migrated in the new database...

Conclusion: REFERRALS LINKS ARE WORKING WELL

Are you using Web? FTP? RU?

 

It's always working well for half the affiliates and miserably for the other half.....and then two days later the halves switch places (just depends on which server FS assigns you at the time). The day when the system works well for both halves has got to be coming, right? (Still, I've begun transferring my files to other hosts to be safe.)

All three options are performing poorly. Have been since Monday without any sign of improvement. 30% success rate at best.

I can download them... on s78 and s72... Try to clear your cokies
