Does elite memberships expires ? If yes when ?

 

It expires, sure.

Go to the Dashboard on your Filesonic account and on the left hand side of the screen you will see something like this:

Your Login: ***

Nickname: ***

Account Type: Premium

Premium Membership Valid Until: ***when your account will expire***

 

RU is very slow today.Does anyone else facing problems for like that\/

Unless you ask to be reverted back to a normal user.

Filesonic support is really2 slow and sometimes they ignore u..
i sent several msg to complaint, but i never get the replies !
then im using Skype to reach the support team, but it still same.. after say hello and sure.. they dont reply any ur msg again !
and now im in a trouble, my files getting missing/deleted for unknown reason, i need to know why and i need a help (to recover/rollback the files) if possibly, as the FS mainpage said about "FS GUARD". but the support never replies my msg, so how did i get a help ?? or the support contact and page only for good view ?

for Filesonic Team who read this post, take this as a feedback so (i hope) in the future u can serve the users and affilate better than now.
and right now i need a help about my missing files.

Hish i found some more files from a site which also have the same download link problem which i reported you few days ago, they got u12.filesonic.com download link instead of s12.filesonic.com. I have pm'ed you the links.

oops sorry - should have said it was an upload situation, not downloading - my apologies for that. The upload did eventually finish, and subsequent uploads to different fsn servers have been fast. For info I was uploading from my rented server via http (not ru or ftp), which is blazingly fast usually, and indeed it was for the other uploads - just the one to s191 was as stated above.
