one of my file uploaded few minute ago shows this error when try to download

u5.filesonic.com:80 (connect: Connection refused)

All my files uploaded to u5 server returns this error while downloading

u5.filesonic.com:80 (connect: Connection refused)

Anybody else experience the same problem?

 

Can't login to ftp again...

 

FTP is down again

 

FTP is working fine for me but whichever file i upload it goes to server u5 or u6 and both server gives this error while downloading

u5.filesonic.com:80 (connect: Connection refused)

All new uploaded files are useless they can't be downloaded

Edit: I just found that files uploaded via European FTP server doesn't gives the above issue.

 

Yes, this often happened to me when download using IDM. When download reach 90%something, download speed start to reduced then stop. And when try to Resume, it said No Resume Support. Please Fix this issue.

My vps ip address is blocked what i can do now ??? I buyed that vps on new host provider and maybe they doing something wrong and filesonic blocked that ip address.Any suggestions what i can do now??

 

Any answer guys its really urgent because i doing nothing and losing time only

 

It's a sunday mate, you can't expect support today... wait til office hours tomorrow

 

Same problem, uploaded a file when try to download getting error but i'm in u6.filesonic.com, not yet try the EU server.

Yesterday i upload via US server still works fine but not on today.

 

I have had almost zero problems with uploading the past 36 hours.

Speeds has been a bit slower than usual but the files gets uploaded.

RE: File deletion - as I had mentioned, we had not been aggressively enforcing our 30 day policy on free users files, but in light of the issues, we had to begin enforcing them. This accounts for a large amount of the files which have been deleted. There was a glitch which had been removing files NOT scheduled for deletion, but we identified it and those files have been restored.

I am getting this and cannot use filesonic no matter what !

Yes my ISP uses a proxy of some sort not me personally ! And this been happening for 48 hours straight ! I signed up for 6 months and now do not think it's worth it if I have to endure such nonsense !
